Service Description

Professional Maintenance service for existing domestic security alarm system to ensure you have a reliable and functional system operating within your property. All detectors will be cleaned and system updated to latest available firmware if suitable to your system. Our team will be able to provide a report on any issues requiring attention. Note: 1. Maximum time allocated to this maintenance is up to 1 Hour including travel. Any minor defects may be able to be diagnosed and repaired during this period however more complex issues will be identified and you will be advised of upfront costs prior to scheduling any further repairs. 2. Cost of parts is not included. A standard maintenance and review should not entail the use of any additional parts with the exception of a battery which if required will be an addition charge. Battery change during maintenance will only be completed with approval of additional cost by client at the time of the service.

Cancellation Policy

To Cancel or Reschedule please contact us a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in full fee being charged for services booked.
