Service Description

Professional Maintenance Service for existing commercial or industrial security systems including Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms & Duress to ensure you have a reliable and functional system operating, enhancing security and surveillance at your property. Cameras (up to 3 metres above ground level) will be cleaned. All detectors & monitors will be cleaned and systems updated to latest available firmware if suitable to your system. Note: 1. Time allocated to this maintenance is variable to your requirements. Upon booking, we will email a client check list for completion. This form is to be completed to allow us to finalise a maintenance price and plan accordingly for your unique system requirements. This is a quick easy form that takes 5-10mins to complete. 2. Cost of parts is not included. A standard maintenance and review should not entail the use of any additional parts with the exception of a battery which if required will be an addition charge. Battery changes during maintenance will only be completed with approval of additional cost by client at the time of the service. Our team will be able to provide a report on any issues requiring attention.
